Service Description

Pro Soccer Training’s Strength & Conditioning Summer Program is designed to elevate young athletes’ overall fitness, performance, and confidence on and off the field. This program focuses on building speed, strength, endurance, agility etc. High-energy fun sessions & fitness built through smart movement, expert coaching, and dynamic drills. Program Highlights: • Improve speed, stamina, and footwork • Boost core strength • Learn proper warm-up and cool-down routines • Reduce injury risk through body control & mobility • Build mental toughness and self-confidence • Fun, team-based challenges that keep kids engaged Program Details: Days: Monday & Friday Age Group: U8-U16 Session Length: 1 hour 15 minutes per session Times Available: Morning 10-11:15am
